Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to PinGO, operated by SOMATÓRIO CELESTIAL UNIPESSOAL LDA, a Portuguese single-member private limited company (Sociedade unipessoal por quotas), Portuguese tax number 517398990, with its registered office at Rua da Carvalha, 570, Parceiros, 2400-441 Leiria, Portugal ("PinGO", "we", "us").

Service

PinGO is a workspace assistant that helps authorized users view and act on email and calendar context through a Telegram bot. PinGO may connect to Gmail and Google Calendar after OAuth authorization and may connect to supported non-Google mailboxes after the owner supplies a provider app-specific password.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• using PinGO only with accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access;
• keeping your Telegram account and related credentials secure;
• reviewing drafts, summaries, notifications, and proposed actions before relying on them;
• confirming any email send, calendar creation, RSVP, spam, trash, or similar action before it is executed;
• complying with applicable laws and third-party service terms.

Google Account Connections

When you connect a Google account, you authorize PinGO to use the granted scopes only for the product features described in the Privacy Policy and scope explanations. The unified Google connector requests openid and userinfo.email to verify the authorized account, gmail.modify for approved sending and supported mailbox actions, and calendar.events for calendar features. You connect it through Connectors, select a workspace you own, enter the expected email and review the disclosure. A one-time two-minute link starts Web OAuth; PinGO verifies the actual Google account email and each granted service scope at callback. If only Gmail or Calendar permission is granted and available, only that service is connected and PinGO reports the result.

Disconnect immediately disables PinGO's local connector and deletes the local token, connector-derived data and saved analytical outputs. PinGO attempts to revoke the Google grant; if revocation is not confirmed, the bot instructs you to remove PinGO manually from Google Account connections. Active-data deletion completes within 72 hours; backups rotate within 30 days. A minimal audit record without email content or tokens is retained. Revoking access only in Google Account does not request deletion of existing PinGO data; for deletion use Disconnect or contact rule@inbox.ru. These commitments cover PinGO-controlled connector data, not original Gmail messages or independent recipient copies.

AI-Generated Output

PinGO may use AI to summarize context or prepare drafts. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any action taken through your email or calendar account.

iCloud Mail and Mail.ru Connections

The iCloud Mail and Mail.ru pilot provides email features only. You must use an app-specific password created by the mailbox provider and must not submit your primary account password. PinGO validates both IMAP and SMTP over certificate-validated TLS before activating the connector. Disconnect deletes PinGO-controlled credentials and connector-derived data, but PinGO cannot remotely revoke the provider password; you remain responsible for revoking it in Apple Account or Mail.ru security settings.

Acceptable Use

You must not use PinGO to:

• access accounts, workspaces, email, or calendar data without authorization;
• send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited messages;
• violate privacy, security, intellectual property, or platform rules;
• interfere with the security or operation of PinGO or connected services.

Availability

PinGO may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

PinGO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where legally permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinGO and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or use PinGO outside authorized workspaces.
