PinGO

PinGO

PinGO is a workspace assistant for email and calendar operations. It helps authorized users monitor connected Gmail, iCloud Mail, Mail.ru and Google Calendar context, receive actionable Telegram notifications, draft replies, send approved replies, create calendar events, update RSVP status, and review workspace summaries.

What PinGO Does

What PinGO Does Not Do

Your Google Connection

Connect Gmail and Google Calendar to a workspace you own after reviewing the data-use disclosure. PinGO verifies the Google account against the email you provide. Gmail access covers reading, approved replies and supported mailbox actions; Calendar access covers the event features described above. If you grant only one service permission, PinGO connects only that service and reports which access is available.

Disconnect stops PinGO access locally and removes the local token, connector-derived data and saved analytical outputs. PinGO also attempts to revoke the Google grant. If Google does not confirm revocation, PinGO asks the user to remove the permission manually in Google Account connections. Active-data deletion completes within 72 hours and backup rotation within 30 days. A minimal audit record without email content or tokens is retained. For help or deletion requests, contact rule@inbox.ru.

iCloud Mail and Mail.ru are email-only pilot connectors. They use a provider app-specific password submitted on a five-minute protected PinGO form; PinGO validates both IMAP and SMTP over TLS. Disconnect removes the encrypted password and local connector data. Because PinGO cannot revoke an app-specific password remotely, the owner must revoke it in the provider account settings.
